JellyPoolBear Payment & Delivery Conditions

All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT: Since we are allowed to support and supply many international buyers as well as many corporate and business customers, our prices are stated without (excluding) VAT.

Delivery: The delivery time differs depending on the artwork – usually approx. 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of payment. Artworks that are in the studio can be picked up at any time in 1060 Vienna (Austria). The costs of delivery vary depending on the recipient country / location and size of the artwork and must be calculated separately. These costs can be requested from us at the respective providers. Artworks from the studio sale are for pickup and also NOT free shipping.

Payment: Use PAYPAL or transfer directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as intended purpose. Your order will only be released or sent after payment. All prices are in Euro and excl. VAT. The value added tax as well as any legal fees will be shown separately in the shopping cart. The prices are valid as pick up prices at the respective location of the artwork.

Information on exhibits or studio sales: These works are unique and have been shown at exhibitions and / or in galleries.

Please note that the products offered here are custom-made and therefore there is no right to exchange or return them!
